By accessing or using HomeCalendar you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

HomeCalendar is a shared calendar application that allows users to synchronise external calendars, create group calendars, and communicate with group members. Features are subject to the subscription tier you select.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@homecalendar.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Transmit malware or otherwise harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Abuse the API beyond your plan's rate limits.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

HomeCalendar and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Your calendar data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Use of Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook integrations is subject to those providers' own terms of service. We are not responsible for their data practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
